Holland Farms Restaurant Group was founded by owner Hans Philippo and Stephen Williams, with the sole purpose to elevate the dining experience by providing each of our kitchens with ingredients harvested from the family farm, Holland Farms.

By integrating vertical farming and sustainability efforts in the process of our farming and cattle raising, we are able to provide our guests with intentional and delicious meals.

Our innovative chef team collaborates closely with the farm management to hand select the best varieties and create thoughtful culinary experiences that change with the seasons.

Raised

Our cattle is raised in open pastures and fed locally sourced grains. We never add hormones or antibiotics to our feed.

Sustainable

Practices

We practice rotational grazing, compost fertilization and are developing our water recycling and solar energy resources. Minimal processing and food transport reduces our carbon footprint.

Lisse Steakhuis

Traditional American Steakhouse, with a strong Dutch influence located in Covington's Mainstrasse Village.

Dutch flavors & techniques inspire the menu at this stylish steakhouse - featuring Holland Farms Black Angus & Wagyu Beef, signature cocktails, an expansive wine cellar, and a vast array of bourbons. Lisse has three floors for dining options, including 2 large private rooms, rooftop dining, and a cigar lounge.

Bouquet Bistro

Nestled in the heart of Covington's charming Mainstrasse historic district, Bouquet Restaurant offers an eclectic menu and an extensive wine & bourbon list. Whether you want to commemorate a special event, cultivate your palate, or simply relax with friends, Bouquet has an offering for you.

Hansie Flip

Positioned halfway between Cincinnati and Lexington you will find the charming town of Williamstown, KY. Not only home to our family farm but also home to our newest restaurant, Hansie Flip Burgers.

Hansie Flip serves up a classic and simple menu elevated by our farm fresh beef and produce, chef made sauce and hand-cut fries. A family-friendly spot that is located on the Main Street between multiple local stores and shops.
